Lloyd Buxton Furniture Announces Move to New Showroom in High Point

REIDSVILLE, N.C. - Lloyd Buxton, manufacturers of fine furniture and English classic reproductions, announced this week the company will be moving into a new showroom at this April's International Home Furnishings Market in High Point. The showroom, located in Space 117 in Hamilton Market, was previously home to Conover Chair Company. Prior to the move, Lloyd Buxton occupied a showroom on the 2nd floor of the 200 Steele Building.

Lloyd Buxton, who specializes in masterfully handcrafted reproductions of English furniture, doubles the company's previous showroom size with the move. "We are very excited and proud about this opportunity," stated Mark Hinkle, Owner of Lloyd Buxton. "We now have over 6,000 square feet that will give us the chance to display much more of our product."

Lloyd Buxton plans to use the additional space to expand upon its Millers Dale collection, a line reminiscent of classic countryside furnishings of 17th century England. Introduced at High Point last Spring, Millers Dale is a collection of original benchmade dining, living and occasional pieces constructed of alder and other hardwoods. Lloyd Buxton also employs elements in its craftsmanship such as elaborate hand carving, dovetail joints, pegged construction, and solid brass cast "hardware."

Hamilton Market is located at 101 North Hamilton Street in High Point. For more information about Lloyd Buxton's new showroom or to schedule an interview in High Point, please contact Di-Ann Williams of Lloyd Buxton via phone at 336.887.7224.
