History
Lloyd Buxton furniture is quintessentially English. Ranging from classic occasional tables to complete dining ensembles, our exclusive furniture is synonymous with quality, tradition, and sophisticated living.
Started by a North Carolina family with three decades of furniture experience, Lloyd Buxton was created because founding members had a deep understanding and appreciation of 18th century furniture. The idea was to create new furniture from famous English classics, and to build it based on
the same quality standards of those inspiring antiques.
The company brought this dream to life by seeking out partnerships with the finest furniture makers in England and the Far East. Through these relationships Lloyd Buxton was able to produce pieces that employed elements of old-world craftsmanship like elaborate hand carving, ornate veneers, dove-tail joints, and solid-brass cast hardware.
